Australian Made, Owned and Operated - Chilby Photography is a 100% Australian company. All of our products and services have been purchased right here in Australia. Our prints, Frames, Canvases and matted prints are made right here in the Illawarra. Our metal prints are done in Melbourne, Our Glass prints in Sydney and our Acrylic photo blocks are made in the Illawarra. All of our marketing material is printed in the Illawarra. Our website was made in Melbourne, Our tourist merchandise is made in the Illawarra and all of my camera equipment was purchased with in the Illawarra and Sydney. We are committed to purchasing local and working with local business. In particular those right here in the Illawarra.
Quality Commitment - Chilby Photography's products are made by one of Australia's best picture framers. All prints, Frames, Canvases, Matted Prints are of impeccable quality and you will know this as soon as you unpack them. All other products are of the finest Australian quality and you will not be disappointed.
Natural Photography - I am up every morning for sunrise and out every afternoon for sunset. I drive for hours and I hike for hours to capture the photographs I take. I do limited editing to my photos and none of my photos are in HDR. I use one single layer on my photos and none of my photos are stacked images. I prefer to portray a realistic image of a location and to be true to the environment where it was taken and also to my customers.
Postage and Packaging - Your product will be delivered safely to your door. All products are well wrapped and packaged in protective materials. I offer Free postage and packaging to all of Australia. I do charge postage for International orders.
Returns Policy - If your product is damaged upon delivery, It will be completely replaced free of charge or a refund will be given. Proof of the damaged product will have to provided. Replacements are processed quickly and efficiently.
Payment Options - This websites default payment method is via PayPal or via Direct Bank Deposit. Through PayPal you can also pay by credit or debit card. If you wish to pay via cheque or cash, please contact Brad Chilby on 0425 308 433 or via email : brad@chilby.com.au. All payments must be received before you order is posted.
Turn around times - All products are put to print on the day they are received. Please allow 10 to 14 days for delivery. If you require your product earlier for a gift or by a certain date, please call Brad Chilby on 0425 308 433 or via email : brad@chilby.com.au and I will endeavor to meet your target date.
Receipt of Payment - Invoices will be provided through our PayPal account on behalf of Chilby Photography. Once you have completed a purchase, an invoice will be instantly emailed to you. This invoice is suitable for printing. We also accept payments via direct bank deposit, cash or cheque and if you use these methods of payment an invoice will be emailed to you from Chilby Photography.y.
Enquiries - All enquiries made via email or social media will be replied to within 24 hours of receipt.

Historical Photography Gallery - The historical photography gallery contains photographs that date back as far as the 1800's. All historical photographs are printed in their dated condition as seen on the website and no editing has been done on these photographs intentionally. This is to maintain the historical significance and character of the photograph. Historical photographs may have markings, spots and fading as expected with photographs remaining from this era. Despite the old look of these photographs, the historical photographs are printed on modern premium photo paper.
Privacy Information - Your privacy is assured with Chilby Photography. Whether your personal details are saved via a purchase with us or if you join our mailing list you can rest assured that your personal details will not be passed on to any person or organistation.
