Covid 19 Information
*Chilby Photography Landscape Photographs are still available to purchase online as per normal. Photographs are available to purchase as prints, matted prints, framed and matted prints, mounted canvas, metal, and glass prints as well as acrylic float mounts as normal.
*There is the potential for delays with deliveries and supplies, especially for orders going outside of New South Wales. I will keep you informed of any delays.
*All current gift vouchers and new gift voucher orders will have an additional 24 months added to the expiry date due to the lockdown situation. If you have a gift voucher, don't worry as I will still honour it and you will be able to use it as normal when the lockdown period is lifted if you were planning on using it for a photography lesson or a location photoshoot. Gift Vouchers can still be used for all online landscape photography products as normal.
*Photography Lessons and Photography Tours will temporarily cease until further notice. All lessons and tours will resume once the Covid 19 restrictions are lifted. If you have a lesson or tour booked in, we can reschedule it for a later date.
*Aerial Photography is currently on hold until further notice.
*Event Photography is currently on hold until further notice.
*Commercial Photography and Location Portrait shoots are still available, however all photoshoots are restricted to one person per shoot only. For the time being these shoots will only be available to take place between Wollongong and Sutherland.
*Wedding Photography is currently on hold for the time being. All bookings over the next 6 months have already been postponed or rescheduled to a later date. For weddings booked after this six month period we will regularly keep up to date with government advice.
*All Landscape Photographs that are purchased online are handled with care, constant hand sanitizing, disinfectant spray and face masks are being used during the product assembly process.
*If you wish to purchase any landscape photographs in person; IGA Thirroul, IGA Kiama Downs and IGA Jamberoo are all open and have small matted prints and postcards available. Unfortunately the Illawarra and Southcoast visitor centres have temporarily closed until further notice.
*Most importantly take care of yourself and particularly of any elderly relatives or friends, keep washing your hands as much as possible, keep a 1.5 metre distance from others, stay at home where possible and look after each other.
*I am still taking bookings for photography lessons and tours, aerial photography, commercial photography, location portraits, events and weddings from October 2020 and onwards at this stage.
